Apostilles are unforgiving. One wrong office, one expired copy, one missing form, and a foreign government rejects your document weeks after you sent it, often right before a deadline you cannot move. So we take that risk off you completely.

We verify your document against your state's current rules and forms before it ever goes in. If something needs fixing, we contact you right away and handle it together.
If a state office or the Department of State rejects your document because of an error in our work, we correct it and resubmit at no extra charge.
If we cannot get your covered document apostilled at all, you receive a full refund of our service fee. You take no risk. We do.
The Done-Right Guarantee applies to the two services where we control the process from start to finish and where rejection risk is lowest by design. For everything else we still do careful, expert work, but we do not extend the no-rejection promise, because those documents depend on third-party issuers and sourcing we do not control.
We are glad to handle those other documents and we prepare every one of them with the same care. They simply fall outside the no-rejection, money-back promise.
What "on our watch" means. It means an error in our preparation or submission. It does not cover a rejection caused by the document itself, such as a document that is expired, altered, fraudulent, or not eligible for an apostille, or a rejection caused by incorrect information the customer provided, or by a change the customer asked us to make against our guidance.
What the refund covers. Refunds are of our service fee. Government fees already paid to a state office or to the U.S. Department of State are set by the government, are spent once submitted, and are not recoverable, so they are not included in the refund.
What we need from you. An eligible, genuine document, accurate information, and a clear photo of your document for our pre-submission review. That review is how we catch problems before they reach the state, so if you decline to provide it, the guarantee does not apply to that order. Once you give us those, getting it accepted is our job, not yours.
This guarantee works alongside our standard Refund Policy. Where the guarantee offers you more, the guarantee applies.
If a covered document is rejected, contact us with your order number and we will make it right, either by correcting and resubmitting at no charge or by refunding our service fee if it cannot be apostilled. We respond within one business day.
