Visit any fingerprinting location near you and get ink fingerprints on an FD-258 card. Police stations, UPS stores, and local fingerprinting businesses all work.
Send the completed FD-258 card to our Alexandria office: 950 N Washington St, Suite 345, Alexandria, VA 22314. Include your name, phone, and email.
Once we receive your card, we scan the fingerprints and submit to the FBI. Results are emailed to you, typically within 2 hours. Sometimes as early as 30 minutes.

You can get FD-258 fingerprint cards from any fingerprinting location. If your local provider does not have them, contact us and we can mail blank cards to you.
This service requires traditional ink fingerprints on a physical FD-258 card. Livescan and digital prints cannot be mailed. If you are in Virginia, visit one of our locations for livescan instead.
Write your full name, phone number, and email address on a separate sheet and include it with your card. This is how we send your results and reach you if needed.
Each person needs their own completed FD-258 card with their own fingerprints. If you are submitting for multiple people, include a separate card and contact sheet for each.

No. We scan the card digitally to submit to the FBI. The physical card is not returned.
If the FBI rejects the fingerprints due to quality issues, you will need to get re-fingerprinted and mail a new card. There is no additional fee for resubmission on our end, but you will need to cover the cost of new fingerprints at your local provider.
Yes. International customers can mail fingerprint cards to us. For return shipping of apostilled documents, international customers provide their own shipping label. The FBI background check results are emailed, so no return shipping is needed for that part.
