Upload clear photos of one of your completed FD-258 cards so we can check print quality before they arrive. Please send 2 completed cards so we have a backup set of prints in case one is rejected.
Take a clear, well-lit photo of the front of the card showing all fingerprint impressions. Make sure the entire card is visible and nothing is cut off. If we spot quality issues, we will let you know before you mail the card so you can get re-printed if needed.
Enter the tracking number for the package you are sending (or will send) your fingerprint cards in.
We store a digital copy of your fingerprints for 1 year (up to 5 years). Request a new FBI background check anytime without getting fingerprinted again. Perfect if you need checks on a recurring basis.
You will be redirected to Stripe for secure payment. After payment, mail your 2 completed fingerprint cards to: Fingerprints and Apostilles LLC, 950 N Washington St, Suite 345, Alexandria, VA 22314. We process cards during Alexandria office hours (Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM ET).
